My passion for therapy stems from my fierce belief in each person’s inherent worth and value. I walk alongside individuals with unconditional love, acceptance and curiosity as they explore who and what has shaped their lives- and help them to create and live a life of meaning and connection.
I believe it is through connection that we flourish, and that through the relationship between therapist and client, greater access to joy and meaning is cultivated.

I have expertise in working to help clients with, among other things:
- disordered eating
- trauma
- depression
- anxiety
- relationship concerns
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a masters degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. I hold an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Virginia. My work is primarily informed by Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Therapy and Internal Family Systems in an effort to help clients feel more connected to themselves, their bodies and the world around them. I have experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings including psychiatric hospital, community mental health organizations, schools, private practice and adoption work.
"May my mind come alive today To the invisible geography That invites me to new frontiers, To break the dead shell of yesterdays, To risk being disturbed and changed May I have the courage today to live the life that I would, To postpone my dream no longer But do at last what I came here for And waste my heart on fear no more."
—–John O’Donohue
To Bless the Space Between Us
To me, O’Donohue’s words capture the heart behind therapeutic work- to examine and dismantle the experiences and parts of our lives and our selves that no longer serve and with the companionship and facilitation of a compassionate and loving therapist, to have the courage to change and grow in order to flourish. It is a gift to come alongside clients in this journey
