Kirby is our Director of Adult ADHD Coaching Services. She has spent over a decade working with people with ADHD in a variety of capacities including as a special ed teacher in a huge public school system, and helping parents navigate the system to advocate for their kids’ needs. Kirby has helped hundreds of people transform their self-concept and develop individualized strategies for success. She knows from personal experience the challenges and the triumphs of living and thriving with ADHD. The relationships with her clients and seeing their success is one of her great passions. Her knowledge and her personal successes in thriving with ADHD help her connect in a meaningful way with her clients. Clients say they feel understood and supported and seen by her. “I feel like I was born for coaching! I love it!”
The support and connection that coaching can create are essential to the process of growth and provide the tools to help you shift from the shame and guilt cycle behind the overwhelmed and stuck feelings that often accompany ADHD to a more effective and compassionate thought process that helps you thrive and feel free and hopeful.
When she isn’t working, Kirby is creating! She loves playing dinosaurs with her son, golfing with her husband, or enjoying time with all of her large extended family.
