Dodini Behavioral Health in Arlington, VA, is pleased to announce that we are seeking to expand our team of dedicated, exceptional mental health professionals. DBH provides long-term, comprehensive psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples and groups in the greater DC area. We are seeking a licensed, experienced therapist to join our clinical team. Our clinicians work autonomously and in teams, collaborating in co-therapy relationships to provide the very best client care available. We are a diverse group with a variety of areas of expertise and theoretical orientation, sharing a common desire to work relationally and experientially.
The ideal candidate will bring a unique personal background of life experience and professional training, as well as the personality, skill, and style to deliver that expertise in a way that can deeply connect with clients and team members. We value diversity in all ways.
We are specifically looking for clinicians who have certifications in EFT and EMDR. Strong interest, experience, and/or training in group psychotherapy and couples therapy is required. The candidate will have experience with a broad range of conditions including trauma, anxiety/mood issues, relational concerns, and behavioral concerns.
This W-2 position includes retirement, health and vision benefits, highly competitive commission rates, and $300/month reimbursement for supervision/professional development.
- Fully licensed as a psychologist, marriage & family therapist, social worker, and/or professional counselor
- Couples therapy experience essential with preference for EFT certification.
- EMDR certification highly desirable
- Group therapy experience highly desirable
