Getting started is as easy as picking up the phone and giving us a call. Leave us a detailed message on our confidential voice mail and we will return your call to answer any questions you may have and explain the process in detail and hopefully set up a time to meet for an initial consultation. A phone call is a great way for you to check us out and see if it’s a good fit.
Once you have scheduled your initial consultation, you’ll be emailed a link to our Client Portal where you can read important information about our practice policies and procedures and digitally sign the Informed Consent document. The Client Portal also contains our Client Information forms. Please submit your contact and demographic information and fill out as much or as little of the intake questionnaire as you feel comfortable. After pressing “Submit” when you are finished, your clinician/therapist will receive notification that your paperwork has been completed.
