Getting Started
The 20-minute consult is typically scheduled within 48 hours of your inquiry. First clinical sessions are usually available within 7 days. We deliberately protect that responsiveness — the decision to ask for help is the hard part.
A real phone call (or video, your choice) with Dr. Dodini. We listen to what's bringing you in, ask questions to understand the picture, and tell you honestly whether we're the right next step. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and refer you to someone who is. There is no cost, no commitment, and no sales pressure.

No. Most patients can schedule an appointment directly without a referral. However, some insurance plans may require one, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider before booking.
Fees & Insurance.
We accept select insurance plans for HSA, Cigna, United, Aetna, and other plans. For out-of-network plans, we provide superbills that make it easy to submit claims for reimbursement.
Sessions generally cost $175–$200. With insurance, costs vary by plan. HSA/FSA reimbursement may also be available.
We believe this allows us to provide more personalized, high-quality care without insurance restrictions, while still offering reimbursement options through superbills for eligible plans.
Yes. HSA and FSA funds can be used to pay for eligible mental health services. We accept HSA/FSA cards directly.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
ADHD & Assessment.
Yes. Adult ADHD can be effectively evaluated through secure telehealth appointments. The assessment includes a detailed clinical interview, symptom history, and standardized screening tools.
The full assessment is conducted over 2–3 appointments, each lasting roughly 60 minutes. You'll receive an accurate diagnosis report within 7–10 business days if ADHD (or another condition) is identified, along with next steps, personalized recommendations, and treatment recommendations.
Yes. As licensed psychiatric providers, we prescribe ADHD medications when clinically appropriate. We perform a careful assessment and use telemedicine responsibly, with close monitoring and follow-up to ensure safe, effective treatment.

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder involving persistent attention and executive function difficulties, while anxiety is driven by excessive worry or fear. A comprehensive evaluation helps determine the correct diagnosis and treatment.
