Our Services
Whether you arrive for ADHD answers, a marriage you can feel slipping, or simply the sense that you need to be talking to someone we have built deep, distinct programs around each. And they connect.
Individual Psychotherapy
50-minute weekly sessions · One clinician, long term · In person + telehealth
“Weekly psychotherapy for adults who want more than maintenance.”
Long-term, depth-oriented work for adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, work and meaning, identity, family-of-origin dynamics, and the patterns that have quietly run a life for too long.
Sessions are a full fifty minutes not the thirty most insurance panels enforce and they happen weekly or biweekly with a single, consistent clinician: Dr. Dodini. You will never be reassigned, rotated, or handed to a portal.
Common reasons people come in
Generalized anxiety, panic, and high-functioning overwhelm
Depression — including the productive, hidden kind
Adult ADHD assessment and ongoing care
Burnout, vocational drift, and midlife reassessment
Trauma, complex grief, and family-of-origin work
Identity, religious deconstruction, meaning-making
Couples Therapy
75-minute sessions · Attachment-informed · Both partners required
“For partnerships in distress, drift, or deep transition.”
Most couples don’t arrive in our office because something dramatic happened. They arrive because something quiet has been happening for a long time — and they finally have language for it, or they finally don’t.
Trained originally as a marriage and family therapist before earning my doctorate, I work from an integrative framework rooted in attachment science, Gottman methods, and a real respect for the cultural and family histories partners bring into the room.
Frequent areas of work
Communication breakdown and chronic conflict cycles
ADHD-affected relationships (one or both partners)
Recovery from infidelity, rupture, or trust injury
Sex, intimacy, and desire mismatch
Premarital work and major life transitions
Long-term partnerships needing recalibration, not crisis intervention
Group Psychotherapy
90-minute weekly sessions · 6–8 members · Led by a CGP
“The most under-prescribed treatment in mental health.”
Decades of outcome research keep producing the same finding: well-led group psychotherapy is among the most effective treatments available & the least utilized. I lead small, board-certified groups as a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP), a credential held by less than 5% of practicing psychologists.
Groups meet weekly, are limited to 6 to 8 members & form around shared developmental territory rather than a single diagnosis. Members commit to a minimum 12 week arc.
Current and upcoming groups
Adults with ADHD — Wednesday evenings
Men in Midlife — Tuesday mornings
Partners of Adults with ADHD — Monday evenings
Screening interview required for all groups
12-week minimum commitment per cohort
In-person and virtual hybrid options
Adult ADHD
12-week program · Therapy + coaching + groups · Sister practice: Axon ADHD
“Our flagship program for adults who suspect, or know, they have ADHD.”
Adult ADHD has been the work of my professional life. The ADHD program is a twelve-week integrated track combining individual therapy, ADHD coaching, optional group work, and structured between-session tools — designed for adults who want to stop coping and start designing a life that finally fits their brain.
For patients whose first need is a clear, fast diagnostic answer, we built our sister practice Axon ADHD — as a focused, science-backed front door to evaluation. and Axon are intentionally complementary: one for sustained therapeutic care, one for modern, efficient diagnosis.
Frequent areas of work
Not sure where to start? The twenty-minute conversation is the right call. We'll listen, ask the right questions, and route you to whichever door fits , Axon, or somewhere outside the practice entirely.
Comprehensive Assessment
2–3 sessions · Written report in 7 days · Plain-English findings
“Gold-standard diagnostic batteries & reports a reader can actually use.”
Then the question is “what is actually going on?”, we conduct full diagnostic assessments using the same instrument suites used in major academic medical centers but with the time, context, and writing quality those settings rarely afford.
Assessment domains we evaluate
Adult ADHD & computerized continuous-performance testing
Learning differences in adults (specific reading, writing, math)
Anxiety and mood disorders with ADHD differential
Autism spectrum considerations in adults
